Hi,I got an email today saying that my application is on hold because of awaiting eligibility evidence. I have already sent them my ID and got it back. On the website they say they don't need anything else. I tried calling the number 0845 300 5090 but they won't answer. I don't know what should I do now.
Also I am European , so maybe I need to send something else? I don't know
