    It means that you can get microsoft office 365 which is the newest version. Its wor, powerpoint, publisher all thoes programmes. it says optional' which means you can get it on there if you want but its not installed on there yet.
    Does that make sense?

    Thank you so much, this is the first time I will be buying my own laptop so I wasn't familiar with this stuff
