I got mild sunburn over a week ago after spending all day in the sun without sun cream (I'd used shampoo by accident... long story). Anyway, it was sore but didn't blister and I've used aloe vera vaseline on it 3-4 times a day since then. It was healing fine and had virtually all gone. I know that these bumps weren't there this morning. They appeared after I went for a quick walk, but the sunburn area was covered the whole time. The bumps are tiny but there are absolutely loads of them and I can hear them popping when I run my finger along it. The area also itches. I've left it alone but just wonder if anyone knows what this is? The best way I can describe the appearance is like a screen protector that hasn't been put on properly and has loads of air bubbles under it!

It's basically your outer skin cells dying due to the damage caused by the sun burn.
Nothing particularly to worry about - it's just the start of the peeling process.
As long as you don't get sun burnt often, you shouldn't worry.
Just ongoing - put sun cream instead of shampoo on whenever you're going to be out in the Sun and also keep an eye on moles.

It is mostly due to the sunburn so such problem is occurring you apply ice to that area so that reduce the white bumps and moreover now whenever you outside in sun just apply sunscreen and go.
