On Friday I went out with a few friends and ate very little, maybe 600 cals tops as opposed to 3300. I figured I'd just eat like a horse the next day. The next day came and I had no appetite at all. None. I forced myself about 2k cals and couldn't do any more. Now 3 days later and my appetite is still awful. What is happening?? ?

it look like a sudden loss in appetie, which is a bit strange. Do u reckon you have been easting more fibre? because it makes u feel full for longer and hence u tend to eat less?!?!?
