    I skipping a good body size reducer?

    Daily 100 skips continuous, I reduced size..

    Skipping can be a pretty good workout, so if it helps to create a caloric deficit then it will help you to lose weight. Wiki says 10 minutes of skipping is roughly the equivalent workout of running an 8-minute mile.
