There isn't as much to do.

I had a shower and a shave on mine...that was it really.

It isn't a societal norm for men to wear make-up so no need to do that, guys(for the most part) don't tend to have long hair so so need for elaborate hairstyles or hairwork, traditionally we wear a simple suit , so nothing really to do there either.
Jewellery tends to be limited to rings, the occasional necklace, maybe an ear-stud and even then Men tend towards simple designs or examples and don't have large collections so we don't need to faff on with that either.

So yea by and large, we don't need an elaborate makeover.

Rightly or wrongly the expectation is that men should look smart/dignified and women glamorous so that's what happens.

Clearly, StevieA's type of threads are catching on. Dare I say even infectious.

This does not look good for the future of TSR.

Because a wedding is just for the bride. The guy is only there to pay for it.

Like most things feminists never bring up when they ask for equality

Basically. Men don't care about this, they probably don't even want to be getting married.
