    Anyway I'll go first.

    "Nate, don't worry your regen will make sure you're okay!"

    [Backstory was on the mezzanine level of floor - and was playing with BB guns, proceed to jump and break my leg and was injured for 12 weeks]

    I remember similar advice, when I was in school - "Just be yourself", that did not go down as I thought it would.

    being yourself saves you from far more problems than you think. people pleasing is a slippery slope and we all know how much people hate two-facedness
