Women are Confusing!

Can someone (hopefully a woman) explain this? I'm well confused.

Me and a mate went out last Saturday night, nothing heavy just a couple of beers. About half eight a couple of pretty girls come in, y'know the sort, not covered in make up and genuinely pretty.

Me and my mate aren't the love em and leave em type but we went over cos they looked like people who were interesting and not just looking for a quick lay. We spent the next three hours chatting, laughing and having a couple of drinks. No one left drunk though so there was no 'beer head'.

At the end of the evening they invited us to another bar but due to distance between the other bar and out flat it wouldn't have been possible so they gave us their numbers, a kiss on the cheek and we went our seperate ways.

We left it till Tuesday and then sent them a text seeing how they were and seeing if they wanted to meet up the weekend just gone. And we've got nowt back.

They seemed genuinely interested in meeting up again and the few hours we spent talking was great so why the sudden cold shoulder?

Women are WELL confusing. Anyone shed any light?!
It depends what thier motives were. Maybe they were looking for a night of fun and took your numbers to be polite. Or perhaps they gave you the wrong number in the first place. Different girls have different motives when they're out, some look to meet people who they can meet again, some go out to pull and then forget about it the next day. I have no idea what these girls wanted but if they dont reply or get back to you, it seems that they dont want to meet up again. I know that if I liked someone I had met I wld get back to them and arrange to meet up xxx

err, nope!!
A txt dosnt show much effort, a call shows that you have taken the time out to ring and thats sweet.

well thats my opinion
So leave it for a couple of days, then ring?
Yeah, call them. I'm a bit text shy personally, in case what I write gets taken the wrong way. Much prefer a chat on the phone.
If ringing them doesnt work its likely that they were just looking for something to do for that one night and don't want to take it any further.
Oh well, thanks guys.

I'll give it a go and let you know how it goes.
Howyadoinalright?

Unless you are the ultimate mack daddy, you should have got contact details and made yourself scarce earlier, because there is no way you could have been entertaining and attractive to a stranger for three hours straight!

perhaps they're already taken and just wanted a good night out.
some girls like playing with guys, eg making it seem like they like them and want to get to know them better but just do it to kill time.
sounds harsh but some girls do it, like some guys do.
its a perfect way to boost yer ego.

just be careful next time.
