Hey guys, I've just had my fourth driving lesson and I feel as though I'm progressing too fast. I was driving some fairly vast distances as well as using dual carriageways, roundabouts, really complex crossroads and junctions and also some city centre driving. I never thought that that's what I'd be doing on only my fourth lesson. I've also got my practical booked for just over a month, meaning that I'll have been learning for about two months before sitting the test. I'm not complaining because it's nice to be progressing as opposed to not doing much but I don't know whether progressing at such a rate is bad? My instructor seems to think I'm capable and I don't want to question his judgement... what should I do? Any advice would be great!

I'm exactly the same, I've just done my 8th lesson and on my 4th lesson my instructor booked my test for September. She said I'm doing very well for someone who hasn't driven before and I feel sort of confident so I'm just listening to what she says and hope I'm ready for my test by Sept.

Good luck, I'm sure you'll do great! I'm the opposite in that I'm so underconfident on the road, I feel sick before every lesson haha
