is it possible to get ripped just by sprinting up hills Watch

    hm well ripped just means weightloss/muscle definition doesnt it so hills can contribute to that as you are burning calories, apparantly intervals are better for calorie burning than steady pace running.

    Not ripped, but you'll get toned if you do that and eat low fat foods (<5.26%).

    If by ripped you mean low body fat then yes hills will help you get ripped/burn calories just as most training will.
