I'm starting my pg course at Strathclyde this September and right now I'm trying to find a house/flat/apartment to rent.
At first I was looking around the center of Glasgow because I wanted to be able to go to the university on foot. However, I noticed that there aren't many choices and I considered expanding my search in a 3 mile radius around the center.
I know that one can travel either by bus or by using the subway. My questions are: how much does the transportation in Glasgow cost? Is there a discount for students?
It is important for me to know because I want to calculate my extra costs if I choose to live a little further from the center...
If there is anyone that can help with that, I would appreciate it!!!

Ah, no problem! God I know, it's daylight robbery. But I still get away with a child fare somehow, always just chance it and so I get away with paying 60p
