Is As exam in 2015 going to change? If it is when the exam board will release the study book?

There are no changes for students taking AS exams in summer 2015

for students who start their study in certain subjects in september 2015 there will be new specifications for AS exams in 2016 and full A level in 2017.
As far as I know they have not even published the final approved specifications yet and nothing has been announced regarding new text books.

Specifications for A-levels will come in commence from 2015 in certain subjects, such as the Arts and Humanities such as History and English A-levels. Whilst other A-levels such as Science and Maths will take effect in 2017.

The 2015 A-level specs are only a draft and have no yet been approved by Ofsted. Once this will take place (November time), exam boards will start making student books, to be released for that academic year.
