    KLM are really good, never flown with Air France but they're part of the same company so I don't imagine the standards are too different.

    if you must know. which you should already :mad: I'm fly from ottawa to montreal, montreal to paris, paris to manchester then manchester to amsterdam, amsterdam-montreal, montreal-ottawa

    thats in Februrary not sure about summer though

    They are alright, you do need to take into account that they do a lot of codeshare agreements and quite a few of their flights aren't operated by them.

    Once took a KLM flight that was sold as Stockholm to Singapore with 1 stop in Amsterdam but on day of flight it was operated by Malaysia Airlines and it went Stockholm to Amsterdam, then Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur and only then Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. It didn't take any longer but I don't think I'd be too happy now if this was the case.

    It didn't affect anything though when I did land in Kuala Lumpur we had to run as if we were in a marathon to make it to our connecting flight as it was a 20 minute window and departure gates was quite far apart.
