So I'm stuck between two places and really need to apply by next week.

So here are the pros and cons, btw both are ensuites

    Accommodation A (£5000)

+ Close to university (5-10min walk)
    + Bar and Gym
+ Quiet big and very green

    - Quiet old
    - Ensuites are usually wetrooms (so I might go with premium ensuite (£5600), which is the same price for premium ensuite at brand new accommodation)

    Accommodation B (£5400)

    + Brand new built
+ Good amenities like pharmacy and grocerry
    + WiFi coverage
+ More closer to small shops e.g. Tesco Express
+ I like how its brand new

    - No gym or bar, so no large communal areas expect own in flats
    - 20 minute walk or 10-15 min bus journey (although I'm a person thats always early, so not really a problem when going to lectures)
    - No green areas outside

I thought about it and said to myself "What Would Kim Kardashian Do?", but that hasn't gotten nowhere
