If you want to be in a relationship with her, ask her out..

If it's about your loins, and you visualise her in a sexual way, then let it be. If she feels the same way and she is also flirting with you, then she and you will probably bang and still be friends.

Otherwise gets messy!

Ask her out if you want to have her as a girlfriend. If you see her as a friend and are attracted to her physically, go the FWB route.

FAP to her mate, and release the sexual frustration. If it was just attraction, then look for FWB, otherwise, if you still look at her and go weak at the knees just ask her out.
