Is there any decent cure for this? Went to doctor when I was a young teen and they gave me permission at school to go toilet in class but other than that nothing. I think it's gotten a bit worse now even many years later. At college its awkward because people rarely ask to go toilet during class unlike at school. Maybe it will be better in a career where nobody takes much notice, but outside of that its going to pretty much ruin my life.

I heard there are anti anxiety drugs that can help for it, do they really work?

what is your diagnosis? have you seen a urologist?

I have heard drugs to have nasty side effects plus sometimes done work.

I was recommended keegle exercises which I have not really done to improve my bladder control

apart from that yes you are right hanging out outside is a problem if you have bladder issues as you panic on where the nearest toilet is!
