University has completely ruined my sleep pattern.
Months of an unmanageable uni work schedule, living of 3-4h sleep with a good many all nighters thrown in has completely sent me out of wack. I'm averaging 4-5am when I eventually drop off. Even when I'm tired at a normal time I cannot sleep.
Its become increasingly debilitating and cant go on.
I'm defiantly not the only one who's suffered from university induced insomnia - I know plenty of friends who struggle.
So how do you get back to normal when uni ends?
...or just paranoid?
