Mens Hair

I have a high forehead and ar the front of my head the hair grows much slower in comparison to the back. In a month I need to go and cut the back but my front it seems it hardly growing.
Its around 4 inches long from front and 5 from back.
I cut off an inch a month from my back but it seems to have grown back and my front I got the tips cut but it seems its just grown 1-2cm.

Is there anything I can do to speed up the process for the front?
Tablets, Oil or maybe herbal stuff?

The thing is I aint going bold just growing process has kinda of descressed ever since it reached 4 inches at the front. Before (when I had short hair) it would grow so fast. As soon as I started to grow it out, its kind of majorly slowed down.
What do I do, forget growing it or be patient?

Staring at it in the mirror and telling it sternly to grow faster is gonna be as useful as anything.

There's no hope I'm afraid.

Whats the reason for front hair growing slower then the back?

No idea.
Hair grows however fast it wants to grow, and there's no changing that.

Perhap try and have even less cut off the front...or just be more patient. It should grow more the longer you let it grow.
