I am writing out my ASDA resignation letter as we speak. I am leaving because I am being bullied by my manager, and cannot tolerate it any more. I do not allow myself to be bullied therefore this job is not for me. Full stop.
I have never made a formal complaint about this bullying, I have just suffered in silence.
But shall I mention this in my resignation letter? Does it sound a little weird to you?
About to hand in notice - shall I reveal that I am leaving due to bullying? Watch

yeah definitely, she/he deserves what's coming to her/him! and after all, you're leaving so its not like he/she can bully you more for doing it, you'll likely never have to see him/her again! can I ask how you were bullied?

Having left a job myself in the past after being threatened (albeit by a colleague, not management) I signed on telling the dole it was only a temporary job. Are people in this situation officially eligible for JSA? Being forced out or pressurised into quitting isnt the same as quitting IMO.
