People with a CitizenCard (both current and ex users), what is your general everyday experience since you purchased it?

Mine has been terrible, it doesn't get accepted anywhere and when I complain to them they just tell me to get a new CitizenCard for £12.

I've never had one, but I know they can be hit and miss. Bar staff are personally liable (both criminally (conviction + fine), and in that they'll lose their job) if they serve an underage drinker, so you can see why they err on the side of caution and often reject unfamiliar forms of ID.

Not widely accepted, not at all in the South. Pointless.

Hey guys, CitizenCard put out a new 18+ one in June, which actually has the sia (the people who regulate all door staff/bouncers in the UK) logo on it. Pretty tough for them to turn you away if you've got a card with their regulators' logo on it (and the police's too). here's a link about the new one https://support.citizencard.com/inde...wsItem/View/87

I find a provisional/full driving license is a lot more functional and helpful!! I look like a 12 year old but my license has never failed me!
