    I tend to plan things out first and then start off from there...

    so have different mindmaps or pages to jot down ideas (characters, setting, plot, etc), anything that pops into your mind just jot down and expand from there, and go slowly, there will be times you are stuck and you have to just inspire yourself and also i would pay a lot of attention to the descriptions... what does it look like, where is it, what is it like and yeah hope that helped a bit x
