sick of seeing dumb articles and rotator cuff 'workouts' that have no programming or tell you what rep range to do.

are there any rotator cuff workouts, that involve progress overloading and not 10 different exercises?

i am currently on 5 sets of cuban presses for 8 reps with a 9KG barbell

I have used quite a few rotator cuff exercises to rehab my shoulder. I usually go with 3 sets of 10-12 reps on each exercise. It's really just trial and error to see what works for you.

Here is what I do 1-2 times a week to help my shoulder and generally on pressing days, at the end:

    -Shoulder dislocations (with resistance band)
    -Internal rotations
    -External rotations
    -90 degree vertical rotation
    -Various stretches

All you need is some internal and external rotation on cables or with dumbbells before your shoulder/chest workout.

There isn't a magic number of reps but I do about 15 with light weight and I don't get any shoulder problems.
