Cardio.

Swiming, running, cycling etc...

Anything that gets your heart pumping to be honest

Cardio and chest toning exercises. If you do this with a low-fat, healthy diet you will tone up if you are committed to exercise.

i love how you said moobs ;D

just exercise loads, do weights.. do stuff to shed the weight around your body because then your 'moobs' will disappear too.

the thing is though, i have toned stomach six pack etc... big arms etc.. its just the god damn moobs they wont go no matter how long i spend on the pec deck or how many km i cycle or how long i run its pissing me off! cos i dont like to take my top off at the beach because of it

maybe you think they're moobs but they're just really really toned pecs?

^^ Yeah I agree. There's no way you could have a flabby chest if you had a six pack and a very toned, fit body everywhere else. Perhaps you just have a defined, but firm and hard chest.

theres a page in todays sun newspaper about them, and what to do.....

all Weight training in general will help, burning up calories, and tonig you up!!

eat less carbs + sugar, so cut down on white bread and flour, also less alcohol... imo the biggest prob....but nevermind..lol

45 mins of a cardio activity each day.... running, swimming, football etc etc

10 -20 of the following 3 times a week, obviously alternate them....
Push ups! you can start on you knees at first if you need to.
Chest press! lie on an inclined bench, have some weights
(Robs tip - use a weight your comfortable with, dont hurt yourself by using anything too heavy, instead just do a few more with a slightly lighter weight - yea i know people may say im wrong, but hes just trying to lose them atm, not trying to get ripping pecs..) then have them down by your side and raise them up - palm up - so they go just above your chest and meet in the middle like a triangular shape
Pec Flies! the easierst way to describe this is to lie on your back, with your arms out like you are trying to fly, then raise them up, still like in the crucifix position above your chest in line with your nipple, untill they meet in the middle.

all of this should help

There is no way that it is toned pecs, since toned pecs are not flabby!

Its obviously gyno, its quite common, it may disapear on its own over time, or may require surgery to remove it.
