I completed an Emergency First Aid course with St John Ambulance in March and I want to know if I need to add it to my UCAS application form for 2015, and, if it should be added, how do I do so?

You don't need to. You can probably put them in manually as an "other" education establishment and put the course in that way.

Unless it is very relevant to your subject then I wouldn't bother.

    You can't it isn't a formal qualification.

If it relevant to your subject you could mention it your ps or ask your referee to mention it in your reference
