Ive started gyming again and I always feel bloated and i think thats down to not eating enough fibre rich foods.
I was going to start eating bran flakes as I like them and I'm not a fan of milk so tend to eat them straight out of the box. But i read that they have a high sugar and salt content so was wondering if there is anything else I could eat/snack on. Or would bran flakes be ok since I'm pretty active anyway playing football etc.

Shredded wheat and wheatabix are high in fibre. If you don't have milk with it, you'll need to drink extra to compensate for these very dry foods so they'll pass more easily and not just sit in your stomach.

Try All Bran Original cereal and snack on Prunes, Plumbs, Kiwi and Pears. You could always try Benefibre as well, its undetectable in liquids and food, even water!
