There's a guy at my uni who likes me. We've been whatsapping almost everyday since I left uni and summer began. He's been on placement for the past year and I only met him just after Easter at a house party when he was back visiting friends.

The thing is I've slept with one of his best friends. I think his friend liked me at one point but it never developed into anything significant for various reasons. I've told the guy on placement (we'll call him John) that I slept with his friend (we'll call him Tom) and that I still have some feelings for him but he said it doesn't' matter. I'm going to a festival next week with my friends and John wants me to come visit him for a couple of days before because he lives in a town near the festival.

He's pretty much told me that he'd like for something significant to develop between us, despite what has happened between me and Tom. I do like talking to John. I don't know whether to visit him and see how it goes, but my friends have told me that I'm leading him on even though I've told him everything about Tom.

Should I visit him,or wait until all my feelings for Tom have gone?

So he's okay that you slept with his friend? That's a good start. I would say wait until your feelings have lessened for 'Tom' before anything else happens with 'John' so that you can think and act clearly.
    Hope it goes well

Remember to not lead him on. Good luck.

John sounds like a bit of a chump if he doesn't care about taking his friend's sloppy seconds.
