I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident in which I had broken my leg and also cause permanent damage to my penis as the doctors said, (Believe me it is a wreck). However by testicles are still intact. I don't know how to deal with the fact that I have a sex drive yet I can't act upon these urges.

Ah man, if you're serious, I feel for you. See your GP then get referred to a specialist and see if any reconstruction can be done. Sometimes they can insert a penile implant if you can't get an erection :/

I have to use a bag to urinate, so I think it's safe to say I won't be doing anything with it any time soon.

I'm not sure whether to chemically castrate myself or not to remove the urge to have sex or masturbate.

Chemically castrating yourself will not simply get rid of your sex drive. Your testosterone production will almost become non-existent. You may develop breasts, lose muscle tissue and gain a lot of body fat along with other issues. I wouldn't recommend it. There are ways other than penile stimulation you could derive pleasure. At this point, I'd recommend you speak to a urologist or at least your GP and voice your concerns. Don't be so disheartened straight away mate. Keep your head up

I assume you have a urologist looking after you? Talk to them about your options and likely long-term prognosis. Don't do anything drastic while you're still recovering from the aftermath of your accident.

I feel for you, OP. I wish you lots of strength. Don't underestimate the body's ability to heal itself/modern medicine. You'll find a way to live through it

Very early days then. Plenty of people have catheters while in hospital. The team looking after you should be able to answer your questions, or at least point you in the right direction.

So has the doctor talked to you about likely progression of your condition ? Have strength though I know how it feels to live with a health condition that affects you daily life.

hello there, sorry to hear what happened

    how old are you?

could you be more specific about what happened to your penis?

can you get an erection at all?

Im sure your Dr could point you in the right direction if you explain your concerns to him
