Medify Question?

How do i get medify to time how long i spend on a question, the timer gets stuck after 0:01 seconds and it says after that i spent 0 seconds on the questions when i clearly didn't. How do i fix this problem?

P.S: Don't move this to the UKCAT thread as it won't be answered there and I'm desperate for an answer. Thanks.
My friend has Medify and she can't do timed tests. The only timed sections are on the mock tests.

Yeah it's unfortunate; they had it last year! I guess you have to time it using a clock or a smartphone timer.
