    Hi I'm just about to start work at McDonalds but I not sure about one thing

    Do I turn up in uniform for the shift or get changed there?

    also how much does the average UK crew member get paid to start of with ? - 16 year old crew member
    is it just £3.75 per hour (minimum wage)?

    You can either go in your uniform or get changed there. It doesnt matter really. Theres no rules saying you have do either. Ive done both during my time working there, depending on what im doing before work (e.g. going from home, straight from college etc).
    And the money varies, as some are owned by the company and some are owned by franchises. And sometimes the franchises pay slightly more. Its best to ask at your store.
