Hi there, does anybody have any advice on how to access archives for all 20th century British newspapers?

Where do I have to go to? My dissertation supervisor said I can access them from University of Birmingham library? Is this the case? Or do I need to go to London?

    Thanks

I'm at home in Warwickshire for the summer, and study in York - so Manchester's not too convenient.

Though I have a friend who lives there and invited me to come visit some time, so it is a possibility.
