    For awhile now, I have had on-and-off anxiety which I am overcoming to a hight degree. But the worst thing I get from anxiety is obsessive thoughts and they can often be about anything; even to the point where I have obsessive thoughts or an obsessive fear of having more obsessive thoughts.

    Do you have any extra tips on how to control this without worrying? I have read so much about it and, like I said, I have overcome much of my anxiety but it still prevails.
