    Help! Im going on holiday soon and I wanna lose weight fast, any tips?

    Cut down portion sizes, eat less processed food, less carbs, fat etc.
    Eat lots of fruit & veg and lean meat.
    Only drink water, and drink lots of it.
    Be active during the day, you don't have to do heavy intensity but try and go for a walk or a jog every day.

    Well i do currently go to the gym 3 times a week and im starting to watch my calorie intake
