      Welcome to TSR physics.
      Assuming the absolute uncertainty remains the same ( it's value is found from the fact that it is ±2% of the first activity reading), you can work out the final activity because that absolute uncertainty is now 10% of it.
      You now have two activities and the half life. From this you can find the time interval between these activities using the standard formula.

      I believe this is right, the time I calculated is a bit long though.
