OK, lets have a go at guessing the song and the artist of lyrics.

Here we go:

Sometimes
I feel like I´m going down and so disconnected
Somehow
I know that I´m haunted to be wanted

And a clue: It's a current Top 40 tune!

Shakira - Suerte

Ok - one line from a song will not be googled so quickly!

I heard a song on the radio today which went 'your fit, your fit, but don'y tou know it.' That song eclipsed Mr.Blobby as the worst song I have ever heard. It was done in a Cockney accent as well which made things worse.

Dear god, I cannot believe people are actually allowed to release records with that voice.

But Mike Skinner's a Brummie, as is the accent. Quite clearly, in fact.

He's also quite a genius in my opinion...

Sounds psuedo cockney to me. Probably a cross over to appeal to his fan base, which is obviously cockneys et al.

In that case Jade Goody is a genius.

Yes it did make me chuckle. Something about getting chips and a burger. Now, if I was a betting man, i'd say that boy and girl were in McDonalds

He lives in Stockwell, and is well known for his love of Brixton.

His fan-base stretches beyond those born within earshot of the Bow bells, mind...

It's his observations on everyday life that facinate me. Plus the fact his new album is a concept album.
