    What's the question?
You can't (as far as I'm aware anyway) edit the font size or margins of your UCAS personal statement - you have to fill out the UCAS form online and only input text for your personal statement. I don't remember there being any way of editing font size or margins - I believe this was only the case with the old paper-based system.

It doesn't really matter. You write up your statement in a word processor application like Microsoft Word or similar. Then you copy and paste in into the UCAS application once it has been drafted multiple times.

Don't bother with a fancy font or formatting it: when you enter it into the UCAS page it gets standardised so you lose all formatting and font.
