    Hi, I've just finished my gcses and I'm choosing my a levels. What a levels do you recommend to take to become a secondary school biology teacher and what uni courses should I take?? I literally no nothing about this and I need as much help as I can get.

    Take A Level biology and at least one other science A Level. Take a degree with a significant biological science content. Take an initial teacher training course. Get a teaching job.

    You could take some sort of biology degree, then go on to do your pgce.
    In terms of a-levels, id definitely take biology. It would also be advisable to take another science such as chemistry or maths.
