Anti-white FA boss Greg Dyke: "White and male FA must change" Watch

"OVERWHELMINGLY male and overwhelmingly white" Football Association chairman Greg Dyke said of his own organisation, saying the governing body must change.

In a pre-recorded video message to the Football Supporters Federation, former BBC director general Dyke, who took over from David Bernstein at the FA a year ago, said the governing body was in danger of becoming "irrelevant". "If you look at who's supporting, who's playing, football and then you look at the FA Council - it doesn’t represent them," said Dyke.
"It's still overwhelmingly male, overwhelmingly white in a world that isn't overwhelmingly male and white and somehow that has to be changed.
"We have to try and change it but we’re not alone, supporters have got to try and change it as well."
The FA Council consists of around 120 members from both the professional and amateur circles of the game and are responsible for helping to make policy decisions for the organisation.
The comments of Dyke, who once accused the BBC of being "hideously white", come after criticism of the FA's lack of diversity by the likes of former England defender Sol Campbell.

Campbell said in his biography this year that, had he been white, he would have captained England for 10 years.
"We've got to look at how we involve the population of 21st century England and the mix it's got," said Dyke. "If we just carry on like this - old, white males - we’re going to be increasingly irrelevant."

The message appears to be that a "white" organisation (in a white country which has seen a recent influx of mass immigration) is not relevant to non-whites and therefore it must be changed.

What makes them think a "diverse" (read: non-white) organisation will be relevant to whites or even non-whites? Surely it is only relevant to those who worship the official state religion of "diversity".

Personally I think the white / male thing is overblown, what the FA needs is diversity of opinion and attitude.

You can appoint all the black women you want but if they are drawn from the same, very small pool of people which the FA and other public institutions recruit from (note; there are probably no black women in that pool anyway so the point is moot) then nothing will change wrt significant and endemic problems in English football both on and off the pitch.

PS. Black women were just an example, could be any gender/race/sexuality mix, the point still stands.

No we don't HAVE to represent certain groups. If you find a female or someone of a different race who'd be good at the job then fine. But don't add randoms just for the sake of it. This sort of thing really pisses me off.

You white British are a strange bunch. Happily dispossessing yourselves in your own country.

If people wanted Women's football then they'd watch it. Also, most people in this country are white. If anything, there's too many non-natives being shoehorned in for the sake of the 'diversity' dogma.

Its not a white game though is it?

The country might be, the players aren't.

If this were the SFA you might have a decent point.

Hardly like the FA has coverd itself with glory over the last decade is it.

Mo because it teaches that being white is something that is shameful. This is not the only example of an event or school or tv programme described as horrendously white

His comments are not 'anti-white', what is this ****ing Stormfront now and we're going to start using the ludicrous 'anti-racist is a code word for anti-white' motto

He's clearly just making the point that its probably time that more than just one group was represented in the FA. Whether you like it or not, Britain consists of both white and non-white people now, so surely its only fair and right that institutions like the FA at least aim to reflect that and represent all sections of society? I mean just look how many non-white footballers there are playing in this country now.
