I'm planning stop trying to improve weights when I attain my goal of 100kg bench, deadlifts and squat.

I find that as soon as I've reached that target, I don't really want to continue improving any longer.

Would you just cut down to twice a week or improve reps or what ?

If you can bench 100kg, you should be aiming for around 140kg squat and 170kg deadlift.

Those are very disproportionate lifts as said.

Use http://www.strstd.com/ to work out, because by the time you hit 100kg bench your squat should be more and your deadlift much more.

Otherwise, you run the risk of a large chest and no lower body/back (in proportion)
