And there was me hoping for an array of Hollywood talent to be cast in front of my eyes.

Left, there's something about the eyes.

Yeah plus the face is slightly rounder looking

I think this was in the Times a while back, something about girls with a loving father being more attractive than those without.

Not sure, though; it could be something else.

Left. The one on the right looks chubbier and paler.

I think one on the left is chubbier but yes the other is pale

There is a vast difference IMO. Left is far prettier.

A fast one?

Left, by miles, and yes it's the eyes. I did a sort of "cover half the face with a finger" test type thing. Seriously, cover both lower halves and just look at the eyes. Left by 900000000%.

Lower halves are identical.

..is this for a matric card? I look (and am) well stoned in mine, heheh.

The left girl = 8/10
The right girl = 6.5/10

The points that mark the left girl out above the right girl are...

- Her rounder face compliments everything better, especially her nicer jawline.
- Her skin tone is slightly darker/more tanned, and a little more consistent.
- Her eyes are slightly rounder, and with less baggage.
- Her eyebrows are much nicer.

It's difficult to list things though. You might nitpick forever. Symmetry is often the main key in the perception of beauty, and it's often difficult to describe slight symmetrical imperfections.

That leads me to think that this is a trick question or optical illusion of some sort.

Both noses are different though
