What's your favourite exercise that relies heavily on the deltoids?
Mine is one I invented myself while pissing around with dumbells at home .It relies more on inertia than most exercises. It gives a fantastic intense burn if you get the form right. Haven't seen it in any books or seen anyone performing it at gyms. Did this a lot last year, and got nice big shoulders that really stretched my t-shirts. Then I decided not to do it (because people were looking at me in the gym as if to say wtf is he doing?) Stuck to normal stuff- the result? My shoulders shrunk again.
So I started last month with my invented exercise and it's going great. Muscle memory is replacing the lost mass quickly, and I'm getting DOMs like you wouldn't believe.
