Hello,
I am a U.S. citizen planning to study Fashion Marketing at Regent's University London this fall. Recently I discovered that because my school isn't affiliated with a US school through a partnership or US study abroad program that I am ineligible for any kind of federal aid or loan as well as any private student loans. From my understanding, regular personal loan payments require immediate repayment which I'd rather not do while I'm in school. Any suggestions of where I can receive funds other than scholarships?
Thank you for your time,
Natalie

Great to hear you're planning to study with us here at Regent's!
That's right, for UK degrees at Regent's University London, such as our BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing, you cannot apply for US Federal Aid.
That said, we do have a number of programme offered through Regent's American College London (one of the seven schools which make up Regent's) which are awarded by Webster University in the US and are eligible for US Federal Aid. At undergraduate level, these programmes are primarily liberal arts and business focussed, but you may want to consider this as an option. Information on these programmes can be found here: http://www.regents.ac.uk/about/schoo...college-london. And information on the Federal Aid application process is available here: http://www.regents.ac.uk/study/schol...ncial-aid.aspx.
It's also worth pointing out that there are Merit-Based Awards for the programme you're interested in. Information on this can be found here: http://www.regents.ac.uk/study/schol...sed-award.aspx.
In terms of other funding, I would suggest you have a look on the Education UK website which lists a whole lot of different funding opportunities: http://www.educationuk.org/global/ar...ncial-support/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions about Regent's that I can help with.
Best wishes,
Hannah
