Flat available in Leicester city centre £100pw

Hi I have a 2 bedroom flat and due to unforeseen circumstances, I am looking for someone to take over the contract for either one or both of the rooms. The flat is Nelson Court which is located in the city centre and is close to a number of shops, restaurants and bars. It is a 15 minute walk to university and only 5 minutes from the train station. It is a brand new building and so you don't have to pay summer rent (2 months!). Only £100 a week rent starting from 1st September (to June 30th) with internet and water bills included. TV, balcony, dishwasher and washing machine are all included.

True, especially as you can get properties around oxford street for circa 65-70 pounds rbh. So 100 is quite expensive imo even with the extra utilities.
