You need to talk to the college. I know my cousin got a low grade in science last year, she had enough to do the college course she wanted but the college made her re-sit the science.

Would you want to re-sit in November or wait until June when you have had more time to practise? I waiting til June to re-sit mine. I don't see the point in re-sitting in November.
I've gotta resit Maths and English Lang so is it best to resit in June with the year 11's
You'll need somewhere to sit the exam. I think you can use the same coursework from last year, but you'll need to sort that out as well. Most colleges offer GCSE English and maths resit courses for students who didn't get Cs, so you might be able to enrol on one of those. Only go in for it in November if you really think you can get a C though, otherwise it's a waste of time (and money if you have to pay).

You might be able to do the exam at your current school. You can carry coursework forward from last year as it is within the same calander year. You will just need to sit the 2 exam papers again. It can be useful if you were close to a 'C' and relieve some of the pressure when you are doing AS level exams in June, when the summer exam would be.
