Just a quick question re. IOT. I've passed my filter interview, but was advised to bolster my knowledge of IOT. I recited the information in the booklet they gave me as to what the terms and activities are, and expanded a little, but my interviewer asked for a little more knowledge as to what Active edge, Decisive edge and MilAid are (new terms to me!) - where they are, and what they entail.
I've trawled these forums, the RAF site, Cranwell site - but can't seem to find an in depth timetable of IOT or description as to what these components are. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Spoiler:
"Initial officer training program"
"Initial Officer Training RAF Knowledge"
http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/wiki/Raf-_iot
"IOT - Initial Officer Training"
Between those threads, even if old, you get the answers to those questions and see a timetable for IOT to see where they fit.
If you'd looked for those beforehand, the names of various phases wouldn't have been unknown to you.
