If she's not in the pictures and they don't incriminate her in any way, then she has no reason (not to mention right) to be annoyed about it. Were they taken in her home? If not, then I can see absolutely no logical basis for her not to want them online, so I really would tell her to go ***** herself.
The ones with her in, if she really objects, remove (or alter), for the sake of argument.

True, but if this girl is as stupid as she sounds...Paris Hilton presumably took or had taken the photos under circumstances where it was implied that they would not be published (e.g. in a bedroom). This girl was in a public place, or at a public event, and must have posed for the photographs. At the very least she could have asked nicely to remove them rather than flying off the handle. If you're feeling belligerent, leave them online, then post a link to them to all the people you can think of, especially her friends and family. Highlight the ones where she looks drunk, or is smoking a joint or something.

LoL I like your thinking matt! The pics were mostly taken either in clubs/pubs/union or in our flat, and I don't have any photos of her alone, they were all photos of things like houseparties and nights out etc.

i don't like her whoever she is. Sounds completely up herself if u ask me, who the hell gave her the right to dictate which pictures u post, so long as they are not of her then she has no right. NO RIGHT! oooh people like that make me really angry.

I just spoke to my mum about it, and she doesn't have a particularly high opinion of her anyway. And her words were "It's not like you hid in the bushes and took candid shots of her"...she allowed me to take the pics, but like I said...these ones weren't even of her. It's like she thinks she's a celebrity and people care...

Personally i think you had no right to post them, by posing for pictures she did not give you permission to post them up where the whole world can see them. You don't know what other people do with them, theres a site called "Fat chicks in party hats" where this guy had literally gone onto people myspace, livejournal etc sites, saved them on his computer and then made a site saying some really nasy stuff about people he didnt know-btw hes had loads of hate mail too and hasnt taken them off, that kind of thing happens with those weird flash animations too like the ones on "ebaumsworld". You've already said that she was a roomate and not a close friend so she probably thought you overstepped the boudary.
