I don't think you will find anywhere offering a course with two languages ab initio - I applied for French and ab initio Spanish this year but remember nothing from any university where you could do two from scratch.

You will likely find a course where you can combine business and a language but some want a GCSE or A-Level in a language to show language learning capability. I am not familiar with unis who offer business though to suggest some. However, do look into whether the university has a language centre where you could do online/evening classes outside of your degree.

As Paralove said, it's hard to find a good university offering 2 ab-initio languages.... unless you want to do Chinese/Japanese/Russian/Arabic etc. (basically languages not usually taught in schools). I have a friend doing Russian and Arabic at Manchester University. I believe Leeds offers Chinese and Japanese. Manchester might too, I'm not sure.

Newcastle University have a few options with business:

Modern Languages and Business Studies = 1 beginner's language and business (or 2 languages if you have A Level in one. Languages offered are French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or Japanese)
http://www.ncl.ac.uk/undergraduate/d...ourseoverview/

Business Management = business management with the option to study business spanish in 2nd and 4th year (3rd year is spent on a placement and/or abroad)
http://www.ncl.ac.uk/undergraduate/d.../n200/modules/

International Business Management = business management with 1 beginner language (French, Spanish, German or Chinese.)
http://www.ncl.ac.uk/undergraduate/d...ourseoverview/

Hope that helps!
