Irrational fear about nudity
A lot of people are going to laugh or think this is a joke, but it isn't. It's very real for me.
Basically, I've convinced myself that my life is some kind of computer game, and the aim of the game is to see a woman with no clothes on. No, not on the TV or computer, but a real woman that I can be alone with. I think about seeing a woman wearing no clothes for most of my day and dream about them at night.
I'm scared that if I really do see a woman wearing no clothes the universe will end. It just seems to me that my whole life is kind of leading up to the event of seeing a naked woman, and that if I do it'll be 'GAME OVER'. I'm worried about what the real reality is like.

Ok... well you shouldn't be too nervous. Its a normal human trait. The world is not going to end after that, its just that you won't have anything MORE to look forward to.

It really is hard to laugh at this.
I have no idea what to say. You're honestly deluding yourself. If this is serious, it's you tricking yourself into thinking that seeing a woman naked will make you feel good or something. Make your life complete, I dunno. Sounds like you just need a bit of company really.
Seriously - and I've never suggested this to anyone before - if this continues I think you need psychological help. Not that you're "mad" or anything, far from it, but I worry your obsessive traits might actually be what is holding you back from getting a girlfriend, resulting in a vicious circle situation. If anything you need to break out of these obsessions before anyone will look at you twice, and then, who knows, maybe you'll realise that seeing a woman naked isn't game over, or anywhere near - it's the start of a quick fling or a happy relationship.

What? I can't wait for the day when I meet the one person I want to spend the rest of my life with - the one person who will make me look forward to waking up every morning. The person that'll make me happy to be alive. No number of women naked can amount to that.

Believe it or not I don't play computer games any more. Haven't played any computer games for years. Decided to dedicate myself to seeing a girl with no clothes on (with her consent, and without an exchange of money).

I would not do that. I also have a somewhat related hatred of prostitutes. I don't know what I would do if put alone in a room with a prostitute, but here are two things I would not do:
1) Have sex with her.
2) Give her money.
I know this is also irrational, but I really, really, really hate the concept of and existence of prostitutes and do not ever want to meet one.

you have an unhealthy obsession with seeing a girl naked, i think the best advice would be to just completely forget about it, get on with your life and eventually, the naked girl will come to you without any warning or looking, trust me, just be yourself
