I'm writing a news story - Are students likely to vote Lib D in the next election

I was reading about the Liberal Democrats shifting their position on a number issues in order to distance themselves from the Conservatives with one eye on the general election next year.

They seem to be distances themselves from the bedroom tax and no doubt there will be other policies too.

Do you think this will make them more credible electorally to student voters?
