Can be anything froma pulled muscle to a dodgy kebab to glandular fever or appendicits (unlikely as you can still type on a forum - if you had appendicitis you would be in too much pain). If you still feel it tommorrow then go to your doctors.

I had this too! Sometimes it feels like there is a pulse in there. And sometimes I lie down at night and its so noisy! It gurlgels constantly. I went to the docs and they said its coz ive lost weight, theres not as much fat between the organs and the outside world so Im noticing it more. That might be it? Also, I think wearing tight trousers adds to it. Try drinking loads of water to flush out your system.
