Hello there,
Thanks for the warm welcome. I needed some advice. I had done six Highers in my fifth year and I obtained AAABBB which was quite disappointing as I hoped to get better. All Scottish Universities excluding Glasgow University are asking for AAAAB while Glasgow are asking AAAABB or AAAAA. I wanted your advice if I should still apply for medicine and if my AAABBB is still equivalent to AAAAB which is most Universities entry requirements for Medicine. Also I wanted to ask if I should still apply for Glasgow University because I am part of the Reach program which allows two grade reductions if required. Furthermore, I am doing three Advanced Highers and if I obtain AAA in my Advanced Highers would that compensate for my AAABBB in my Higher result. Also most university's base their entry requirements based on five subjects but I done six so would they still consider my application. If you can offer me any advice on my situation I will really appreciate your help.
Kind regards
